Shelley Jefsen is an AACC Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach with a specialty in Parenting and Family, lover of Jesus, wife to Jay, and mommy to four fantastic children. Her children are her highest calling. 

Shelley has spent well over a decade immersed in research, study, and implementation of effective parenting strategy and certified parent coaching education. 

A parenting and family-focused Christian life coaching education, a pediatric background, roughly a decade mentoring moms, as well as being a solely stay-at-home mom for 15 years has supplied Shelley with a unique insight and skill set to know the truth about what moms really need to raise fantastic kids!  

She is passionate about tearing down the lies that lead women to believe it’s not enough or important to raise great kids and have a balanced, blessed life!

She lives tucked away in the Southern United States with her husband of 18 years and their four children.
